Experimental: AI + Human Hybrid chat modeWe have launched 2 experimental features. You can enable hybrid mode for an agent. This will allow you to do a few things:

Bug fixes & Improvements

AI agents will continue responding to customers (other queries, for example), even when it flags a chat as escalated.

Humans in the loop can take over chats and respond. They can even take over chats that are not escalated

Humans can hand over chat back to the AI agent to allow it to continue chatting with your customers.

Create broadcasts without name - you can always change the name of the broadcast later

Improved Feedback agent’s reporting

Improved UX for specifying an agent’s Reporting task
